We have had the pleasure of working with Megan Wike, President and Owner of Get It Clean, as a supplier of our dry erase board cleaning solution. Megan has consistently been an outstanding supplier—dependable, responsive, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

What truly sets Megan and Get It Clean apart is how they stand behind their product and their commitments. A couple of years ago, we experienced an unexpected foaming issue with a batch of cleaning solution. Megan immediately took responsibility for the situation and worked with us to make it right. She replaced all of the affected solution and went above and beyond by covering our costs to empty the bottles we already had in finished goods and refill them with the corrected solution.

Just as importantly, Megan followed through on every commitment she made. We agreed that the reimbursement would be paid in installments over a four-month period, and every payment was made exactly as promised and on time.

In supply chain, you learn a great deal about a supplier not when everything goes perfectly, but by how they respond when there is a problem. Megan demonstrated integrity, accountability, and a genuine commitment to her customer. She did not make excuses—she focused on finding a solution and followed through until the issue was completely resolved.
